Great! We’ve been there twice in two years. The service is excellent! The food in their bar is great. The price is right, the rooms are nice. Even the shuttle to go to and from the ball park is great! My husband and I could not be more happy with the experience..

Family Trip to See Brewers Game The hotel is conveniently located to American Family Ballpark and the shuttle to and from was wonderful. Room preparation was lacking as leftover food was found in icebox and clock alarm from prior occupants had not been turned off which provided for a startling early wake up for us. We accidently left behind a neck chain which has not yet been located by hotel staff.

POOL CLOSED & has been POOL is closed (probably the rest of July). You won't know this until you arrive! Call ahead of time if you plan on using pool (trying to save you a disappointment) especially if you are traveling w/children! Best part of staying at BW is shuttle to & from Brewers game. AND friendly cozy bar 2 doors down called Ceasars Inn... crazy fun times we had there!

Great Staff Staff was great, room was smelly. Chose this hotel because it was one that had a pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub were out of order.

Amenities are not what’s listed Booked the wrong room which was my fault. They did not allow me to switch rooms even though I was there for 3 nights. Pool was not working after the first night. No communication about this but a sign on the door. Fireplace outside did not work. Opossum nest under the front deck. Room had a weird smell and outdated. Breakfast was ok nothing out of the usual. You are not allowed to cancel without a 24 hour notice. You have to cancel through the 3rd party if you booked through them. But the hotel does not respond to the 3rd party in a timely matter to be able to cancel.
