Very Dated We were surprised how dated this Hyatt Place was. Definitely think it was something else formerly & Hyatt purchased it w/o updating. Very clean, however, and good service. Just a very dreary hotel. Great location to airport, but need to drive a distance for food.

Stay near MKE Nice hotel, only some how our reservation with hotels.com got cancelled. The clerk at the desk was able to find us a room for the quoted price from hotels.com. The window a/c was noisy.

Great Stay! Hotel was great for a week long visit. Quiet. Close to the train that I walked. Staff were extremely professional.

Little Gem I was greeted when I arrived. Nothing forced about it. The room was clean and ordered. Hyatt Place is a small hotel on Grange Avenue adjacent to the Airport's main entrance. I don't recall hearing the usual airport noise. The flaw was the small parking lot in the rear of the hotel. But even there, I found a space when I returned from a Brewers Friday night game.

Bored staff, unfriendly, forget things, shuttle van is bad corroded Shuttle driver looked like a drug addict, was unanimous opinion of all of us. The shuttle van is badly corroded, the whole underpart is brown rust. Upon check-in the guy promised to give a wake-up call and reserve the shuttle for the next morning, but then forgot to actually write it down. When we went upstairs I needed to remind him and NOW he entered it on the wake-up call sheet and the shuttle sheet. Refused to tell me the room rate, told me I'd learn the price upon check-out. And upon check-out I couldn't get a print-out, only the bill by email. To be fair, the room was very good. Clean, modern, the room was great.
