Hidden Gem! Our family of 5(4 adults/1 child)enjoyed our one night stay on Thursday(April 4th) while we were in the area for our grandson's gymnastic competition, the room was a great size, very clean, had a mini fridge & microwave, and, we loved the view of the creek from outside! If we need a place to stay in Monroe again we won't hesitate to book a room here.

Dirty and unprofessional The ONLY thing this motel has going for it is it’s location on a creek everything else about it is awful. To begin with the carpets look like they never get cleaned, the rooms smell, the towels are old & one even had holes & stains, the mattresses are old, lumpy, saggy but most of all the owners are unprofessional. They change what they say, the price they say, and then act like you’re rude. My husband & i we’re discussing whether we wanted to move to another room because apparently the first room we were put in we could no longer stay in(just what I want to do is pack up my stuff & kid & move again, really?) the owner Matt said we could take some time to figure out what we wanted to do, we didn’t really want this particular room because it was very close to a busy road & we have a toddler & the other room wasn’t worth the price. After about ten minutes of discussing what we were going to do Matt comes back and threatens to call the police if we don’t leave! I really think he has mental health issues. We paid for our room we weren’t doing anything wrong. If you can’t trust someone’s word, how can you do business? Believe me the price for this motel is not much less than other ones where you will get better room service, have a nice bed & towels & clean carpets and do professional business.

I’d Come Here Again We picked up our daughter from the airport and was looking for a quick overnight stop before snowboarding at Stevens Pass the next day. Late arrival. Straight up 405N, easy to get to. Our key wasn’t immediately accessible, but the owner got up to give us our key quickly. The room was clean, warm and spacious. Bed was comfortable, had everything we needed for an overnight (hot shower, clean bedding, fridge, coffee). The price was reasonable. $20 pet fee (nearby places charge $30). We would absolutely stay here again.

Not 3 star! We stayed in a room with one bed. The carpet was stained, there was a gap under the door to the outside, there was a gigantic water stain in the bathtub, the pillows were flat foam, and we paid $99 for this! never again! On the plus side, however, the host was very friendly!

Great Quiet Place in a Small Town We stayed at the motel when we attended a wedding in this area. The place is family run and the husband was very helpful He came and fixed our window right away when we requested and talked to us. After I forgot my jacket there, the motel mailed it to me at no cost. I am very grateful for what they have done!. Not the kind of cooperation owned hotel stay experience!!!
