Great room at a great rate I was so pleasantly surprised by the Stardust Motel. My room was so clean, the housekeeping team so nice. It is the basics, but comfortable, quiet and a friendly staff. The lobby has complimentary fresh coffee every morning and it was delicious. The king room was big, there is a tv with lots of cable channels, nice desk, table and chairs and wifi was decent but could use improvement.

What a Gem! Will you wake up and think you’re at the Ritz? No, you won’t. BUT you will be delighted with the location and value! Clean, spacious, and reasonably well-maintained vintage motel with a terrific pub across the street. The room also had a microwave and fridge with a separate freezer. My stay was quiet and very restful and every member of the staff I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. My only small complaints were a weak WiFi signal—my smoking room (yes, they have smoking rooms!) was near the back of the property—and not enough outlets near the desk. Being in Chicago for $60 a night, however, made these small adjustments no big deal at all. Really a pleasure. I will definitely stay here again—tho next time I’ll remember an extension cord!

Worst deal for the money It is a poorly maintained place with no elevator, no fitness room, false claim of a pool, no continental breakfast, and a wifi connection with such poor signal that it practically was worthless. I did online reservation. Confirmation came by email without the amount charged. Later found out that a lot more was charged to my credit card than indicated online during reservation.

Nice and pleasant We were on the road and this was the first choice we choose in this area. A lot of space to park your car. The staff was kindly after all we came late in the night. We get nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds and hot shower. The rooms we get were quite and turn on parking lot. For the low price we get it we sleep well. For the breakfast you can't choose a lot but you can make some coffee. Minute away in downtown are some shops and breakfast cafe's. Good choice for passing by

Such a pleasant experience! The rooms were extremely clean and tidy, the front desk had great customer service, and the staff was very polite! Nightly rate was around $65, but our stay there certainly surpassed the previous cheap hotels we've been to!
