Good for the price This hotel was good for the price. The pool was closed the 4 days we were here. The rooms were pretty hot even with the AC set at 66. Housekeeping still cannot go in your room because of COVID and they weren’t very timely with your requests. We waited over an hour for towels. I did like the location of the hotel & it was very modern. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Nice rooms, fair location, great gym, nice staff The location is excellent if you are going to the Capital or Supreme Court. It is a bit far compared to other hotels if you want to be at Broadway or Bridgestone. But it is doable for those locations. The room is nice and the beds are comfy. Shower/tub is good. The gym is awesome. It is two rooms. They have a cardio room and one with weights and machines. You can get a good workout. The pool is average. Parking and access if you have a car is tough. Marriott and Sheraton need to get the coffee concept. There is a Starbucks there but line takes a while to get the coffee. The bar is nice but understaffed. Long waits but nice staff.

Disappointing (no room cleaning) Extremely disappointed about this hotel, We booked a few days ago and charged us $400 per room per night, and they did not tell us that we have to clean the room ourselves, what an experience we will have! People tend to go for holidays and stay in hotels to enjoy the small things they dont do on their homes… so the hotel will provide linen but you need to do the beds your self, they dont clean or vacuum the room and they dont clean the toilet, no mini bar in the room, no room service! I think what they are doing is lame and misleading to the guests. Lobby is outdated and poor. I wish i did not book here and used the same money to stay in a better one.

Great Business Trip... In town for three days on a conference at the Sheraton...Aaron at the front desk was always helpful. The conference room as perfect and lunch was great. I look forward to returning and getting to experience the view from the Rooftop bar.

No Air-conditioning! Poor customer service! Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The airport conditioning in our first room was not working properly and we asked to change rooms. The hotel has an over ride on the airport conditioning to 68°. If you are comfortable sleeping in a humid and hot room you should stay here! Also promised points to be refunded to our loyalty card and nothing was given. Consider a different hotel.
