The most filthy hotel in Chicago The guy from Expedia who was booking my reservation told me that this hotel was similar to Holiday inn. He couldn't being more wrong. As soon as we got to the hotel, the entrance door was broken and the front desk girl was asleep. The buzzer was broken so we had to knock on the door to check in. The girl gave us a key with no room number, she just verbally told us the number of the room. The nightmare really started when we entered the room, the smell of weed and dirt was suffocating. The curtain had to be closed with a paper clip, the dresser had broken doors that were laying on the floor, the bathroom was leaking water and the sink was broken. The towels were hanging as if it was used by someone as you can see on the pictures. Also, the bathroom door was broken. The sheets on the bed had holes caused by cigarets, however the room was supposed to be nonsmoking. The night lamp was broken and the tv had no remote. Moreover, the room had the heat on on about 95 degrees, it really felt like we were entering hell. I was afraid to take my shoes off, and for sure I would not lay down in that bed. Do not stay in this hotel!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!! Are those pictures from the same hotel?Hotel was HORRIBLE, AWFUL, DISGUSTING- unbelievable smell (smoke, animal urine), air conditioner was out of order, no screens on windows, comforters are old and with holes, carpet is dirty, old smelly... dog sh.. outside the hotel, in the bathroom toilet paper holder was missing. After seeing 5 rooms I could not find any suitable, I had to cancel may stay. I ended to find better, cheaper hotel and thanks to Expedia, I get full refund. I was afraid to get some skin disease. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

Service was horrible The only bad review I've to give about this place is the service, there was an Indian man that didn't know debit from credit and had to help him with his accounts and gave out to me 10 mins later for being loud in the reception with no other customers in it. But the worst of all is the women that works at night, she is the height I rudeness! Gave out to us for anything we did, no manners at all. Accused us of lieing even though she constantly lied to us. I've stayed in many hotels and have never nearly been treated this badly. DO NOT STAY HERE

Is there a level below 'terrible'? Because it is beyond terrible. We were looking for a hotel for three nights in the Chicago area and came across this gem. The price is right and that is what attracted us to it. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. For $65/night, we got a tiny room that stunk of smoke, mold, and mildew. There is a litany of things wrong: The first thing we noticed is that there were huge cigarette burns on the disgusting bed covers. The carpet is nasty, the lamp shades were partially melted, some lamps did not work, there was no telephone in the room, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the walls are dirty, the door looked like the cops had kicked it in a few times, etc etc. We ended up demanding a refund at 1:30 in the morning and shelled out 3 times that amount for a Holiday Inn nearby. Believe me, paying more is worth it. You will be glad if you avoid this dump at all costs. If you insist on staying here because of the price, make sure they show you the room. You will change your mind after seeing what they offer. Terrible, terrible motel.

Terrible you'll regret it. no a/c, no seal on doors, scary as hell, the room was 90 degrees. complete false photo adds. can not believe the city of Niles and the local health department would allow this motel to even be open. I walked into the room and left. Iwas so disappointed I never even asked for a refund. I just got the hell out of there. i'm going to report it to the better business bureau.
