parking is a disaster The only way to park here is valet and it took forever to get my vehicle. There were 3 staff and they were overwhelmed with folks needing their cars. Perhaps adding a notation on the valet ticket to call in advance would help b/c the staff can only move so fast when many arrive at once.

Nothing Worked And Offered Nothing To Fix Issues Short Version: Air Conditioning was broke, No towels, room phone was broke, faucet leaking on floor, and staff did nothing to fix the issues. Detailed Version: After checking into hotel, noticed that the room was hot so I turned the thermostat down to lowest cool setting. Left hotel to explore the city. Came back to a hot room but thought "since it was summer day that the A/C would eventually cool down the room." Room was hot all night. Next morning, I attempted to call front desk but the room phone was not working. Walked downstairs to front desk and they said they would send someone to fix the A/C and room phone. I told them I was getting ready to leave out but to give me a call on my cellphone to let me know what they find out. Was out all day doing activities but never received a call. Returned back to hotel to find a still hot room. Went back downstairs (since room phone was still not working) and they said it was nothing they could do because they were booked up and no other rooms available. Offered nothing but free parking in return for unsatisfactory conditions. Stayed again in the hot room over night. Next morning I went downstairs again (because room phone was still not working) to ask for towels. They said they had no more fresh towels and there was nothing they could do. Went back upstairs to room and I stepped into something wet and noticed there was water dripping from the bathroom faucet causing the carpet in the area to be soaked. That was the last straw. I left the hotel after that. Would not recommend the hotel to stay because they never solved any of the problems.

Great location and staff We stayed for an extended period of time at this hotel. It is located in a great place downtown and most everything is within walking distance as far as food is concerned. The mall is right next door but they have very weird hours and most places weren’t open until 11 or not at all. The hotel itself was clean and taken care of. The room itself was ok. We had a suite on the 8th floor. The couch that was in the suite was a clam shape and very uncomfortable. No room to sit two comfortably. The bed was pretty hard but ok to sleep on. The TV local channels were out most of the time we were there so listening to anything local wasn’t happening. There wasn’t much of a breakfast in the bistro and what they did have was pretty expensive. We chose to go out most mornings. The staff at the hotel were top notch. They catered to our needs and we certainly appreciated it. If I have the need to go back I will stay there. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice place This is obviously an older hotel however it's well kept. The decor is nice. The rooms are large. The staff who checked us in were warm and inviting. The only thing I didn't like was being charged for parking. I would stay here again.

Very Poor property, don't take my word for it, look at price comparison in area (PricePoint speaks for self..) Old junky Courtyard with a nice lobby & poor smelly loud rooms. I know this is Mariott's budget brand, but this place has not good qualities other than the Lobby that is the draw you in lipstick on a pig" to this place...
