Stole money Received a call saying my reservation could not be honored due to a “maintenance emergency”, and that I would get a refund. After 9 days of no refund I am making this review. Don’t even give them any money, you may not see it again. After rereading the reviews, I am almost glad I didn’t stay here

Worst hotel experience ever. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Choice Hotels/Quality Inn & Suites. There was a security guard when we pulled in the parking lot. The floor of our room was filthy and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. I felt unsafe staying there and ended up calling family to stay with. I will never recommend this location and will think twice about using Choice Hotels in the future since there website recommended this location.

horrid and hellish nightmare absolutely the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in!!!! it was filthy, the toilets had stains on them and the walls had something smeared on them. the AC in our room was completely broken, and the outlet on the desk was ripped off (according to the manager) the other wall outlet was broken. The manager said he could do nothing to help us and refused to give us a refund saying he had no authority to do that, and we had to contact corporate. Once we did corporate was confused because he is the ONLY one who can do a refund, and after 2 days they could not get into contact with their own manager. DO NOT STAY HERE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU

DISGUSTING This place is absolutely disgusting. We checked in early, and apparently that means they don’t clean the room for you. The bathroom was covered in black stains, shower was disgusting, hairs all over the floor.The blankets are covered in what looks like pee stains. The walls are black when they’re supposed to be white. As soon as you walk inside it’s automatically hard to breathe due to the smell. The rooms absolutely stink. They smell like spoiled chicken. You walk in to workers that are so addicted to drugs they look like walking zombies. The price may excite you to stay but it’s not worth it. Not to mention they’re “big tv’s” don’t even work.They don’t clean at all. DONT GO HERE!!

nice stay Lobby area was clean, airy and large. check in was smooth with smiley faces. Property staff was helpful. Parking lot was very clean. Room was quiet, clean n tidy. My stay was very comfortable Really a Quite peaceful visit.
