Very nice property, excellent staff, location good to get around. By far the best hotel in OKC. I've stayed in Bricktown, I've stayed downtown at most of the "majors" . This hotel is renovated, clean and quiet. I did have some hall noise on and off but for the most part, very nice. Staff friendly and accommodating. Will return!

Relax - it has been renovated and is fantastic, especially Christie on reception! Breath Easy - This place is now renovated and is fantastic. We read some of the previous feedback, it appears the place needed a spruce up and it has had one. Pristine reception, the corridors all brand new and the rooms are fantastic. Even better than the spruce up was Christie on reception... we are from the UK and find some of the American customer service a bit over the top..but Christie helped us out with our room, advised us on the local area and was the absolute jewel in the crown of the new look refit. Big thanks Christie from the UK - you're the greatest!

All in all a good place for us to stay We, a family of 5, stayed there 2 nights on our way north from Houston to Seattle. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from Oklahoma City downtown. The location is quiet, even though it is near the airport. We booked a 2 bedroom suite at a decent rate. The suite was clean and as expected. There was renovations ongoing on 4th floor. We stayed at 2nd floor and did not notice anything. Breakfast is included. There is a complementary laundry, gym and a pool with hot tub. Our kids tried both the pool and hot tub and were happy. The backyard s nice and cosy, there is a basketball court and a place to barbecue. Wifi works well. They serve a complementary simple dinner Monday to Wednesday, and if you are still hungry there is a Chinese restaurant next door :-) All in all a good place for us to stay while in Oklahoma City.

For ATC Students... I stayed here for my 3 months at the academy (August-November 2022), and I'm happy to say I had a great experience! If you're an ATC student, you need to stay here... seriously. I remember my head spinning while trying to find a place in OKC, but I really made a good choice with this hotel. Pros: Good amenities. Free laundry, a pool, hot tub, housekeeping, gym. A big plus is that there's free dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. Don't expect anything too extravagant, but it's free. Not a lot of hotels do this, and you will appreciate it while you're at the academy. They also have free breakfast every day..and it's not just cereal and prepackaged muffins. I'm talking sausage, waffles, eggs, biscuits, fruit, etc. They also have coffee available pretty much all day. The staff was great and the room was just what I needed. There's also a nice area downstairs where you can do study groups. Location is good.. 10 minutes from the academy and about 10 minutes to an area with a Walmart, shopping places, and lots of food choices. Cons: Not a lot to say here, honestly. The only thing is OKC's homeless problem. There's a walking/biking trail right next to the hotel that the homeless like to hang out around. I had 2 jackets stolen out of my car, but at least my window wasn't broken. Someone who parked next to me did have their window broken, though. Basically, don't park on the side of the hotel and make sure you lock your doors. Unless you're the type of person that needs a roommate, you need to stay here. I don't really get the appeal with some of the more popular places like Kim's place and crashpads. Why risk a bad roommate when you can have your own room for the same price? Best of luck!

Filthy hotel, do not recommend This hotel is a disgrace to the ihg brand. The room was so dirty we ended up leaving and staying at a Hampton Inn nearby. The cups and glasses in the cabinet were dirty, there was a black hair on our sheets, the sheets were dingy looking, carpets had not been vacuumed and had left over food from the previous customer(s). Security lock was busted off the door, bathtubs were discolored and gross, the list could go on. The hallways and common areas were also dirty. When we first got to the room there was no coffee pot. Front desk found one and brought it up to us. It was filthy. I forgot to take a pic of it before we scrubbed it but the white wash rag I used ended up black. The more we looked the more disturbing things we found. Decided we were not comfortable staying and that’s when we called another hotel
