Stay far away This place is so nasty. Infested with roaches and mold and huge rats. The rooms are filthy the carpet is wet and and the air conditioner doesn't work. Their clients are drug dealers drug users and don't care who they rent to. It's a drug trap!

Excellent front desk customer service . Great overall experience during our stay. We visited Pooler this weekend and had the pleasure of staying at a great hotel. Cottonwood suites savannah conference center. Was a pleasure meeting and chatting a bit in tge morning with Maya at the reception desk. At checkout inadvertently forgot 2 travel bags with makeup and recently bought important reading material. The following day when I realized my bags were missing I contacted the hotel and Maya helped by checking wit housekeeping and also informed me they found a pair of sneakers. . It was a courteous and polite effort of her. Going the extra mile and locating my missing items. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Conveniently located near 95 south ramp. I've read negative reviews from other travelers, don't quite understand why so many complaints in the all around hotel's maintenance. Thank God our experience was very pleasant. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family traveling near Pooler, Ga and will not even look for another hotel or a better deal in that area Totally satisfied with the hotel and the wonderful staff. Thank you Maya for your prompt assistance locating my bags. It's clearly how you enjoy your daily interaction with the hotel's guest. I always advice the next generation to work on something you truly enjoy. It is shown on your performance how you happily do your job with great confidence and pleasant demeanor. Kudos to the hotel and professional staff. Thank you for making our stay pleasant with your excellent customer service.

No towels I got here and found they did not have clean towels. I waited until the next day and called to get new towels. I guess you have to get towels only at certain times. The carpet is horrible. The place stinks and there is little AC. The only good thing is it is cheap. Pay the extra and get a decent room.

DO NOT STAY HERE I did not listen to these reviews! I figured it's cheap and I can handle anything for 2 nights. WRONG. Bathrooms and kitchen areas were filthy. Smelled bad. The AC barely worked. Very sketchy people walking around and smoking in front of their rooms with their shirt off. Arguing next door in the middle of the night. Can't even go inside the lobby after dusk, had to use window and talk to them outside. The free internet is incredibly slow, can't even stream a 2 minute video. Don't make my mistake.

Hotel scam I stayed there last night when I got there they claimed they didn’t have internet so they didn’t see booking so I had to pay in cash plus $50 deposit. I had planned to leave early but thought I would try to get deposit back when they were supposed to open at 7. No one showed up till 8 and informed me that house keeping needed to see room but wouldn’t be in till around noon. I didn’t wait around till then I needed to get on the road. This place shouldn’t have deposit when the walls were stained already! Someone also removed the smoke alarm and was beeping all night. I think this top’s my list of worst ever motel ever stayed at.
