Excellent location and spacious rooms This property was inexpensive but not at all cheap...spacious rooms, gracious staff, and plentiful (fresh options) breakfast. Great location, central to so many dining and shopping options.

Cold Pool and No Food The hotel was supposed to have a restaurant with room service on premises and did not. I called the hotel in advance to make sure the pool was warm enough for the kids, and was told that it was warm when it was very cold.

Spacious rooms The staff was very friendly and check-in was a breeze. We had a nice spacious comfortable room. Also, the breakfast is delicious.

Terriable Service We bought our Honda CR-V at Owings Mills Honda 11 months ago. In April I went for an oil change and realized that we never got a copy of the Extended Warranty that we bought from them when buying the car. It has been 4 months of playing email and phone tag with the Dealership to get a copy of the Warranty, only to be (finally) told that they don't deal with them anymore and that the warranty info. was never put in our buying folder, so therefore, they could not get us any information. What a shady way to do business. It also took 3 hours of waiting (I had an appointment) to get the oil change. I will not be going there to have any further work done on my car, and I suggest that anyone thinking about using them STAY AWAY!

This is the place to stay! Hotel was VERY clean and the staff was wonderful and very helpful!!! And a full breakfast every morning with good coffee.
