The Hilton experience has changed for the worse Rooms not at all Hilton standards Embassy Suites, I am a recent Diamond Member I decided to try other brands because I didn’t like what was happening with some of the Hilton brand properties after the pandemic. I have to express my disappointment regarding the numerous issues I encountered during my recent stay at Embassy Suites Palm Beach PGA Boulevard property. I also have photos of all my concerns. I brought these concerns up with staff and management, including Denise and others, both in person through text and chat online. First and foremost, the exercise room was not sanitary, with dirty mats, old bottles of someone's drinks, and food wrappers scattered around. There were no cleaning supplies provided to sanitize the equipment, which is concerning given the current health climate. Furthermore, the iron in my room was extremely dirty, requiring me to spend 30 minutes cleaning it myself. Additionally, the housekeeping staff repeatedly entered my room without notice, which I found to be an invasion of privacy. My wife was even caught off guard while standing in her birthday suit. There were also visible mold in the bathroom and sitting area vents, as well as around the tub. The faucets in the room kept falling apart, the lamp in the sitting area didn't work, and the rooms overall seemed outdated. Also the manager reception is awful. Despite bringing these issues up in person and through text, they were simply brushed off, which I found to be unacceptable. The only positive aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the property overall and the efficiency of the breakfast staff. I had requested to speak with the general manager through chat but never received a call back. As a result, I felt compelled to leave this review to bring these issues to your attention. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests. Sincerely Guest in Suite 217

Avoid This hotel does not have the staff needed and they treat guests as if they are a burden. There is only ever one person working and although they do their best, routine requests that are normal for this chain seem totally foreign. Towels for the pool, gold status snacks, room service. All are nearly impossible. Nobody answers the phone and when they do, good luck. Breakfast was late and my son had to play his tournament without it. The front desk staff seem like they have never been trained unless it was st a probation office. They seem very angry and clueless about the things that are advertised on the app like having a restaurant and room service. I would never stay here again. They texted about how my stay was going and then just argued again over text. How ridiculous. I honestly don’t understand how they stay open.

Embassy Suites on a Weekend ! First it’s partially my fault for going to an Embassy Suites on a weekend. Entering to see kids running and screaming through the lobby and the elevator races reminded me why they now hand out a guide for civilized behavior, when you check in. . Typically, the parents were enjoying the beverages as the kids ran wild. Then discovered the AC had problems. Icing on the cake was a cold shower in the morning as there was a boiler problem. Asked for a manager, who was not on property. Tried to report to front desk, but no one answers the desk phone ! Never Again. Caveat Emptor

Overall, A Pleasant Stay Devin checked us in, he was fantastic and got the stay off to a great start. Chef Kenny at breakfast was amazing, he is a true asset to the property. The room was in good shape, but it's obvious a renovation is needed at the property soon. The property was very clean overall. The main lobby is a really cool, late '80s Atrium architecture. Staff was mostly friendly albeit one PM Front Desk Agent (did not get her name, but she didn't seem like she wanted to be there) Would stay again next time I'm in South Florida.
