No elevator No elevator and breakfast was sub par. Staff was rude asking if we were ready to leave the breakfast area. Room was nice though.

Beware! This isn’t what it’s cracked up to be Check in staff was rude! Holes in our room walls, mold in the shower and on the curtain, room smelled, not enough outlets in our rooms. Pool area was so hot you can’t breathe and enjoy it. Floors were sticky throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast was offered but what a joke! Nothing was refilled. Didn’t matter if you went at 7:30 or at 9:15. Baby changing station in pool restroom was falling off the wall. Guests were taking the floating emergency equipment to use as toys in the pool making it unsafe for those around them with ropes in the pool.

Food The breakfast was cold and the same every day for 4 days. We had to go out to eat for breakfast since it was cold and the same.

Good stay Fluffy pillows, clean sheets, clean rooms/environment, quiet, they don't bug u, the pool hot tub sona and gym all work and ice machines and laundry. No bugs, friendly staff. Not stingy with the towels toiletries or breakfast. Good breakfast. Fruit yogurt sausage biscuits and gravy waffles cereal muffins french toast ticks oj iz almost always gone tho but apple juice is good. I would recommend this place any day.

Comfort Everything was pleasant and comfortable, except for the cleaning staff, especially the male. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Overall, the pool sauna and Jacuzzi area was clean just short on towels. I would stay there again.
