Stay ANYWHERE but at this hotel in pigeon forge. Horrible. The smallest bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash I have ever seen. One bar of soap for 3 nights. The door knob in one room literally came off in our hand. Didn't swim in the pool. You couldn't even see the bottom of the pool it was so disgusting. The "hot" breakfast was a joke. You had to literally ask for what you wanted. They only brought out enough food for one person at a time. The guy working was nice and would bring you whatever you asked for. I think he was very over worked. Trying to keep the breakfast area and work front desk and clean up all at the same time. I don't know why this hotel hasn't been closed down. I know it can't possibly be in code.

Don’t do it. Run, and I mean run as far as you absolutely can. I booked this hotel in a rush as we were dealing with the Microsoft crash with airlines. I unfortunately did not pay attention to how many people were listed in my booking. We arrived at the hotel. The gentleman was AWFUL! He asked me how many people would be staying in the room I told him 5, he began to get an attitude and tell me I f*%# up! (yes he was cursing) after much back and forth he told me he would be charging me an extra 60 plus taxes and fees. I was beyond confused and frustrated, I walked out to my car and discussed with my husband. We came on the website and saw that to add 5 people in the room it was only supposed to be an extra $20! So I went back and asked him why and extra $60!? and showed him the $20 extra the website is showing. He told me I was being stupid, and that I don't know what I'm talking about and the list goes on.... I gave up and said screw it I need a place to stay for the night. $60 it is. When I went to hand him my card he said "f@%# you, take your business somewhere else, this is non refundable!!" Mind you while I was there arguing he was also arguing with another women who had come down to tell him all the things wrong with her room. We leave, I later call hotels to ask for my refund, they proceed to let me know he denies my request and began to CURSE at the hotels.com agent. lol. This place is a joke. The moment you walk in you will be able to tell the type of stay you will have.

Bad Experience We reserved the hotel thru booking.com for 3 days we paid upon arrival at the hotel. We had to check out after 1 night stay I asked for a refund and they said to take it up with booking booking said the hotel had to do the refund I then got an email from booking saying vista said we never stayed which was an untruth I have called multiple times my bank furnished a copy of the charge and as today no refund I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I had rather stay in a tent please only pay for 1 night at a time if you stay in this hotel. We have been trying for a refund for 9 months to no avail my money is to valuable to me for such actions

Go somewhere else!! Let’s just say the view is the only good thing about the stay. Room service is really bad and you have to argue with them just to even get towels. There was 3 towels in the room. Well there is 5 of us so we needed 2 more towels. Well she did NOT like that we asked for more towels. Also we asked for more coffee because they only gave us 2 things and like i said there is 5 of us. Also we waited 45 minutes to check innnn because nobody was at the desk and they had a little sign that said be back in 5-10 minutes. Also I wouldn’t go in the indoor pool. It smells really bad like sh.t. I would give you a review on the outdoor pool but it’s closed down in the middle of the summer for some reason. Also if you are gonna try to take the elevator good luck! It is very slow, smells bad, rickety and it doesn’t have a inspection date sticker. Also there is 2 elevators but only one works. Also if you are planning to eat their breakfast good luck because they only got cereal that has been sitting out for i don't even know how many days. Better off to go and stay somewhere else:)

A disgusting and mediocre manager who doesn't know what hospitality is. When i did my reservation with Booking the deal was to pay at the Check-In and theres not any charge before. The Hotel tries to charge my card the reservation amount at 2.15pm when Check-In is at 4.00pm. The worst thing was when we arrived at the hotel at 6.30pm to check in, it turned out that according to the receptionist she had no information about our reservations. Even when I showed her my confirmations and messages from the hotel confirming the reservations, she insisted that there were no reservations in my name. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was not at the hotel. I asked for someone's attention because it was unacceptable that apart from the fact that they tried to charge my card 2 hours before, I would not have my reservations. According to her, she called the manager and he told her that due to hotel policy I could charge in advance and when I couldn't charge they canceled my reservation at the hotel. They never contacted me, they didn't send any message either. After waiting for an hour for the supposed manager to arrive, a supposed receptionist who insulted us and rudely tried to remove us from the hotel in a humiliating manner did not answer because he did not like me complaining that his behavior was outrageous. They told me to complain to Booking. They allege that their website informs that although the reservation must be paid at the hotel, they can charge in advance. That we were homeless people who did not serve the homeless. I demand that Booking give me a response for such a horrible experience and humiliation because it is unacceptable that customers are mistreated, the mediocre attitude of a hotel is outrageous. Is this the treatment that clients receive at Booking? Or BW Resorts?
