Ok in a pinch. As with most central asian owned hotels, maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here. If you need a place tp stay and then move on, it works. The free breakfast will sustain you, but don't get the sausage patties unless you are sure this is the first week they've been put out. My daughter asked why my sausage was yellow. That should have been a clue.

My stay vacation experience that stayed about a week at The king bed, pillows were comfortable, relaxing, breakfast here at the Best Western Pineville was pretty good, always had what I needed, they have a good TV, Microwave and Refrigerator in the rooms are good and working, the shower is nice the pressure is very good, the coffee bar down in the first lobby area is very good

Rude manager The manager was very rude and unprofessional like it was my fault for something, as I arrive. Very rude and very unprofessional. He was the same trough out the whole stay. Not optimal for a job where customer service is part of the job. BW must do better training on customer service. But I doubt they'll care.

This hotel is good for a one night stay The hotel is clean and good for one night stay. Window units are old and after changing rooms due to no TV working, the other room sheers on the windows were torn in half. No elevators in this hotel and the rooms could us an update. Front desk person was really nice and helped us out

Best stay ever Quick check in and professional staff. Breakfast quick and easy but the best but I do love there’s fruit offered every morning that’s greatly appreciated Quiet near the mall and a lot of restaurants in the area shake shake is the best for seafood
