Don’t stay here. This place is a rip off. The decor is super dated, the carpet has stains and the breakfast is so so. It’s double the price of nicer places like the Quality Inn or the Red Lion. Don’t stay here. The service was was not great, I heard a door slamming at night. The water pressure and towels were nice.

A wonderful independent motel An incredible value! We were a family of 3 and had a room with a Harbor View. What a treat to wake up and be able to view the Harbor and Vancouver Island. The room and bathroom were clean and the hotel staff provided us with wonderful recommendations for both restaurants and Olympic Peninsula sites. Thank you, Joanne! Your knowledge and humor were the icing on the cake for a wonderful holiday

Highly disappointed. Stay wasn't bad however cost of my room changed 4 day's before I arrived. I get an email that the price of the room jumped $115 dollars. $199 to $315 Total. A mistake was made. When I called they said I received a call and an email in October 2023. Did not receive that at all. Asked if I wanted the room still. I looked around and everyone else was booked. Could not cancel. The manager gave me a $15 discount if that is what you want to call it. Had to have a room. I only planned this a year in advance. I do a lot of vacation booking and never seen this happen before.

Good Value for Us The days of a good, inexpensive hotel room are over. I undestand that everyone has to make a living. In a town full of pretty expensive places, this one was a bit less. And it turned out to be a nice stay. Upon arrival we were told that we had been switched to a better room and it was a nice room, and would have been better if we'd had a bunch of people with us, since we wound up with 3 beds. There's a great view of the harbor from the room and outside the front door is a great view of the mountains. Room was clean and satisfactory. Breakfast wasn't bad, got to visit with several other couples seeing a lot of the same things we were. The elevator helps a lot. I couldn't have faced carrying our big bag up a flight of stairs.

Sleep is important First the good: room was in good shape including a nice mini fridge and a fantastic view. Staff were friendly and aside from my traffic noise complaints below, the location was pretty darn good. At this point in my review I would have given my visit five stars, but Now for the bad it's absolutely terrible for noise. Completely heard footsteps for hours and banging upstairs not from them being too loud but from just minimal sound insulation. And the windows are single pane meaning you hear everything outside in terms of traffic and people and the clock that rings every half hour. I don't know how people can sleep in those conditions and I am certainly not one of them.
