Great place We stayed over the weekend to attend the state fair. Our room was romantic. Breakfast was delicious, fruit bowl, eggs cooked to choice, sausage and a waffle. John is a terrific raconteur sharing his knowledge of the house’s rich history. We plan to stay again.

Exceptional Called at last minute on a Monday. Had the place to ourselves. Excellent breakfast to top off a very nice, relaxing evening and night. Furnishings were very comfortable while still uniquely period. Surprisingly low rates.

Beautiful motorcycle trip and stay Takes you way back to the 1880's--Pueblo's historical buildings and this beautiful Bed and breakfast. We took the back roads from the western Denver suburbs to Pueblo State reservoir for Memorial weekend on our Honda Goldwing. Perfect day to sit in our chairs at the waters edge with our toes in the water. The river walk was full of great history too. John swapped stories with us and was very welcoming. Our room was clean and we enjoyed spending time there. Loved our breakfast with fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs and sausage. Hope we can make this trip again.

Can't wait to come back! Beautiful historic building, Jacuzzi tub in my room!!!!! But the breakfast, that was the most impressive thing about this B&B. Fresh Fruit, made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and pastries. This is a wonderful place with a very friendly, professional staff.

A Magical Place We just stayed six days in the Judge Coulter Suite while visiting family and absolutely loved our stay. You feel transformed to the 1880's through period Victorian furnishings although the room contained a most modern bathroom and luxurious hot-tub. Kelly serves a fabulous breakfast every morning in the mansion's formal dining room using china that my mother would only have used on Christmas. Don't pass up a stay here, it's definitely worth it!
