Ayres Redlands truly caters to their guests The chef at breakfast was a joy to talk with. Best made from scratch omelet I've had in quite some time. The first impression on walking into the lobby was simply Wow! We also saw staff taking pride in tending to details. At the Ayres, presentation and site maintenance are part of their core. Well done!

Annoying Got to the hotel to relax and watch TV and the TV doesn’t work with nothing to be done! Not ok. The room lighting is to dim, especially in the bathroom. No sugar added items in breakfast area (coffee syrup, maple syrup) no flavored creamer. Check out they didn’t bat an eye about TV and they were fully aware bc we had them check it out.

Ayres hotel, home away from home This has to be one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. From the time I made my reservation by phone until the time that we checked out, the staff at this hotel are the best. I checked out other hotels in the area and this by far was the one for us. Thank you to everyone at Ayres hotel. My wife and I enjoy getting away from the weekend and now we found out this is one of the best hotels to stay at when we leave town. The area is good, the people we talked to were as happy to be staying as we were. A few even told us they have stayed there multiple times that they won't stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for a place to stay or for anyone who just wants to get away. Once again thank you everyone at Ayres hotel. And by the way, thank you to the nice lady who served us breakfast in the morning. I did not catch her name but she was the nicest sweetest person ever, so polite.

A Great Property! A standout property compared to local competitors. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool area and complimentary breakfast with an actual chef and omelet station! Central location and close to Yamavaa Casino...I went to a show in the evening.

Check-in, check-out My impression of the Ayres Hotel was skewed by an important communication with them before arrival as part of a group coming to town for a wedding. I write4 days before arrival, having seen that check-in*** time was 3:00pm. The bus taking all the guests from the hotel to the wedding was coming for 3:15pm. I asked to have the room ready early, for noon. Not a huge ask. The response was that they will ‘try’, and to call before arrival. Not really good enough if you want to be a first-rate establishment. Luckily, the mother of the bride left us the key to her room, when we arrived at 12:15pm. At check in, we were told our room was not ready, they would call us. I came back to the front desk and, “oh yes, your room is ready. “ I did not get a phone call. The fact that they remembered my name at check-out and payment time was a plus. So essentially, we had our room from 2:00pm until 10:00am. Hotel looked nice enough, our beds were good.
