Best Western (and Ted) in Renton, WA thumbs up We had to make a room change after our first night. It was handled very well. A big shout out to the maintenance man, a guy named Ted. Who helped out with our room swap! I would recommend this hotel. It was affordable and very convenient for us to visit family in Renton. We have stayed in a bunch of hotels in Renton over the years. The Best Western will now be our “go to” hotel for future trips to Renton.

Best Western Plus Renton Inn We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and not too far from Lumen Field. The hotel and especially it's staff exceeded our expectations. Diana at the front desk was exceptional. She greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions very patiently and gave us great recommendations. Blanca and Dorely from housekeeping went out of their way to get us our room early. It was clean and very well kept. Great location and best of all great staff. Will return for sure.

Wonderful Experience From the moment we stepped in the entry door to the moment we departed, my husband, adult daughter, and I felt valued. A clean hotel greeted us along with its friendly front desk staff. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping our room nice and the common areas clean. The elevator and a/c ran efficiently and effectively. We enjoyed an assortment of coffees and hot chocolate from the complimentary self-serve coffee machine in the main lobby. We enjoyed the breakfast served each of the two mornings of our stay. There was plenty of good food from which to choose- waffles to make, bagels, muffins, a coffee and juice bar, yogurt, boiled eggs, ready to eat oatmeal with toppings, eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold cereals, fresh fruits- all available. Their breakfast attendant, Zdenka, worked hard to make sure the breakfast selections were hot, fresh, and filled and the dining area kept clean and neat. Zdenka also took time to greet guests, making small talk and sending them off with a pleasant, “Have a good day!” On our second morning, she remembered us and was sure to say “Hello.” Her kind interactions were the perfect start to our day. This is a great place to stay! We would definitely be guests again.

Bug bites First off, I'm not one to leave a review for a hotel but this is kind of important. The hotel was very nice other than the fact that there were fleas in the bedding and I woke up with a few flea bites around my ankle. I know it was from that hotel because I didn't have anything the day before and I felt it throughout the night itching around my ankles. Woke up with bug bites around and they were incredibly itchy. The smell of the room also smelt like someone had smoked in there previously. Otherwise it seemed clean and the staff were really nice!

This place makes Skid Row look amazing This hotel should not be in business as it is poorly, kept dirty, dingy, and rundown. The staff barely do their job if that and had also taken my belongings when I confronted them they only gave back 2 of them and couldn’t find the rest and kicked me out of the hotel and proceeded to cover up the STOLD belongings of mine then began to charge my credit card, then my debit card for damage to the room that never happened and pet fees that were never declared, and my dog is a service dog as well place Horrible place do not go here. You will be completely unhappy, uneasy and quite possibly act of theft against you. Take my advice and don’t earn your own wisdom from this place.
