Nightmare vacation stay We stayed here one night last year and stay was great but what a disappointing and scary stay this time. First We walked in and the sheets were dirty and stained. The carpet was stained with red blotches. Bad first impression. We had to strip our bed ourselves and rotate our mattress It was lopsided. We remove the mattress covers because they were completely soiled and had never been changed We had to change our sheets ourselves no one was available. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned. There is only one elevator in the front of the building very inconvenient The door next door to us had been smashed down and busted. We had to ask for towels every day and staff would act like they were making us a favor. They ran out of tissues, never a supply of towels at the pool The breakfast didn’t have juice for four days ran out of muffins and creamer frequently. same selections every day. But the lady employee at breakfast was the only nice pleasant person from the staff. They conveniently sold juice at the desk for $3.50. There was homeless and shady people doing some illegal /drugs/ movie making stuff in the parking lot without any surveillance noted. When we brought it to the attention at the desk, they didn’t seem too concerned at all They allow big multiple dogs ( pit bulls and German shepherds)to stay barking from the rooms and no warning customers that they allow pets. And there was one specific person that rode his skateboard along the corders all hours of the day so Needless to say It was always loud. We used white noise machines to block out all the noise. There was only one ice maker and one washer and dryer that didn’t really work. . To top it off they wanted full payment upon check in probably to guarantee that guests wouldn’t leave after one night stay! The only good thing there was ample parking

It could have been better Last year we stayed here, badly stained carpet broken shower hose. This year we thought we would give another chance. Same room with same stained carpet and broken shower hose. Shady people roaming the property at night. Key card stopped working 4X.

Don’t stay here !!! Don’t stay here!! They look nice on images but don’t do it the rooms smell awful mold and mildew everywhere they are horrible

Not a good experience Nice hotel but the staff sucks they dont care housekeeping goes in room to steal stuff and at night bunch of gangster n homeless trying to break into rooms

Bad This is the worst hotel (motel) ever Room was dark bathroom door no lock on it … customer service not good at all _ They don’t help for elderly or disabled people make them comfortable for sleep time. They don’t care they just took money… they don’t provide couch bath. Because bed was very high she couldn’t gets onto the bed. I asked them give another room with a couch bed they rejected it was so bad. I exchanged our hotel the day after … it was nightmare _
