Palihouse Santa Monica

Very friendly We just traveling to Santa Monica to visit family and my son suggested the Palihouse. The staff was very friendly especially Jacklyn who doubled as front desk and waitress, and Gavin. They were responsive to all our needs. Our room was next to the lobby. my wife wanted to be on first floor. In the morning I used the cozy lobby to catch up on emails. Wireless worked well. Coffee is complentary and will make your hairstand up.!The breakfast burrito was excellent and enough for 2 people. They should add oatmeal to the menu. The grounds are very nice. Bed was comfortable. I think I would like a bit larger room. The bathroom was old style but everything worked. located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of stores. Fast Uber response. Price lower compared to more modern hotels. We would return

Solid, walkable hotel in Santa Monica Nice hotel in Santa Monica. Old hotel vibes, huge room. The elevator is one of the oldest we have seen, still functional. The bed mattress and pillows need to be replaced. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Walkable to restaurants, farmer’s market and Santa Monica pier.

Family visit my family lives in Brentwood. Your location makes it ideal to walk on the beach. Do some shopping and visit my family. Wonderful experience no complaints. I will see them soon

My 10 Star review for the Palihouse Staff My stay at the Palihouse Santa Monica was the experience of a lifetime. When I arrived I was greeted inside by Barrett, his formality and prepared was very pleasant and it was exactly what I had expected from such an esteemed place. Barrett checked me in and informed me of all the wonderful amenities and services they provided, such as the gorgeous bicycles they offer for leisure out front to the accessibility to room service and simplicity of there call systems. I stayed for one night and everything went perfectly. I had many plans for the morning but I found it incredibly difficult leaving the mattress as it was the most comfortable bed I had slept on in a while. When I checked out in the morning I also ran into Diné, I don’t believe he was on the clock but he still smiled and introduced himself. It was exactly how I wanted to start my day. I’ll leave this review off by saying that besides my stay at the Palihouse, which was incredible. The interactions I had with Barrett and Diné far exceeded my expectations of standard employees. These gentlemen deserve a raise for their affability and their business acumen. They really improved my stay and now I can’t stop thinking of going back. Thank you again Palihouse, Santa Monica!
