Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town

Amazing, clean, fun, positive energy hotrk This is one of the best HGI hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the distance. The rooms were clean, the location was absolutely perfect, you could get wherever you need to go within ten minutes and just an absolute pleasure to visit

Great Hotel in Old Town! Great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! We’ve stayed here numerous times in the past and it’s always been wonderful. Great hotel with an awesome pool area. Very nice and accommodating staff and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a nice room on the back side that worked out perfect. Located right on the North side of Old Town. Numerous great restaurants close by too. We’ll be back! Thanks.

Good but you can do better. Good, not great but costly. Parking is $22 night and if I recall not disclosed on website. No maid service unless requested. Noisy room unit, old style, air-conditioning. Full breakfast is $25.95 plus tax and tip. Restaurant was empty almost all day after breakfast. Nothing wrong with it, but you can do better. Hilton can do better too.

Great stay in the Scottsdale sun Great stay in Scottsdale ! We’ve reviewed this property before and have had mediocre reviews at best in the past. We always root for this place since it’s a good location, but we really cringed when we decided to give the place another shot. Not sure if things changed since last time or we just got lucky this time ……but ……we had a great stay - therefore to be fair 5 stars this visit We stayed in a larger room this time with 2 sections. A bedroom and living room area. Each had a tv. We liked that the ac unit wasn’t attached to the window like the standard rooms (these have given us noise issues in the past) but for this room it was in the wall and that seemed to help. Parking was $22 per night. The pool was very nice and clean and we enjoyed that. The front staff seemed nice. We actually used the Hilton app to try remote check in and check out and it seemed well (although we didn’t get our virtual key until the exact check in time but this trip it didn’t matter as much) We also used the text the front desk app to request extra towels and Kleenex and they responded right away. Great job This property is immediately next to the old town Scottsdale shopping and food areas. One item to note there can be some local noise depending on the time of the week or day (not the hotels fault). We noticed party pedal bikes seem to be quite the novelty in Scottsdale these days - they must be based nearby as they use the hotel street to transit so you can hear music and party goers at various times of day and night.

Poor service. They don't check rooms for cleanliness. Had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper. Got a look from the clerk. Been to a lot of Hiltons and never seen such poor service. They will only clean your room if you stay five days. Don't know what we will do when garbage overflows.
