Avoid at all costs Disgusting hotel and rude staff. Avoid staying here. It was a horrible experience and would never return. Everything is very outdated and very clearly dirty. Should be advertised as a 1 star hotel. Had issues with the parking and essentially paid twice. The staff were not helpful and simply said “yea everyone gets confused”. Doesn’t look like the carpet has been cleaned in years. There was a crack in the window in our room.

Hundreds of Dollars Wasted – Terrible Experience and Zero Accountability I booked a stay here for a few days, expecting a smooth work trip. Instead, I was met with a nightmare. The WiFi, which was essential for my work, didn’t work at all for two days! I was left scrambling without internet access when I needed it most. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund for the remaining nights so I could move to a hotel that actually provided basic services, like WiFi. They told me they couldn’t help and that I had to contact Expedia, who tried multiple times to get the hotel to approve my refund. Despite all the efforts, the hotel management refused to respond or approve any compensation for the services they failed to deliver. I paid nearly $800 for a stay that failed to meet the most basic expectations. The hotel completely ignored my requests, leaving me out of pocket for nights I didn’t use. This isn’t just poor service; it’s borderline theft. They essentially scammed me by refusing to refund my unused nights, left me paying for an empty hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially if you need reliable WiFi or expect any level of customer service. They will take your money and disappear when you need help. Avoid at all costs.

Executive Hotel Pacific - Five stars - Great Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific in Seattle and had an amazing experience! The location at 400 Spring Street is perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions in downtown Seattle. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Isela and Rocio at the front desk. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the Executive Hotel Pacific for anyone visiting Seattle. You won’t be disappointed!

In the heart of everything. Very conveniently located to the waterfront and all attractions. Rooms are a bit small but the beds were comfortable. Parking is about $45.00 a day which is standard for the area but I didn't expect it when I budgeted for this hotel. There is a parking garage about a half block away. Staff is really helpful and polite.

Hotel staff left our door open Hotel staff left our door unlocked/propped open while we were gone at work for over 10 hours. They cleaned our room on the second day when we didn’t ask them to do that. When we voiced our concerns they blamed us for their staff leaving the door open (even tho we hadn’t been near our hotel since we left that morning around 10am) and told us there’s nothing they can do to help us. They offered to give us a report of the incident but they didn’t do that even after i asked repeatedly. We talked to 3 different people and none of them helped us, they just gave us a hard time. The bed was cozy but the walls, towels and bathroom were very dirty. This is the worst service I’ve ever had.
