Don’t believe the hate. I was hesitant pulling into this Residence Inn, because, as others have noted, it is not the typical Residence Inn footprint. It is more like a motel, with many separate buildings, and units that open right onto the parking lot. However, this was a great stay. We arrived at about 10 PM on a Saturday night. When the front desk staffer immediately thanked me for my Titanium status, I asked her nicely if she had any upgrades to anything with two beds. She upgraded me to a “penthouse suite” which was essentially one bedroom apartment with a loft that has a separately bed and bathroom. It was extremely spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. A family could comfortably stay here for a long time. The next morning, the hot breakfast was at least average Residence Inn quality. The reviews below would have deterred me, if I had read them, so I’m glad I didn’t.

Marriott should take away the franchise from this property This hotel does not meet Marriott standard. Marriott should do audit on this property because more than 60% of occupants are weed smokers and have made the place and environment very bad full of marijuana and weed smell. Units are smelly and in very rundown condition. I have not seen a Marriott property this bad. Front desk people are very rude and in particular one of the employee named Brittany comes across very angry and full of sarcasm. They do not respect and treat the customers properly and they do not even care about Marriott elite status

This is an OLD MOTEL, not a hotel ! First and foremost, this is NOT a hotel, it’s a MOTEL. And it’s the crappiest motel you will ever encounter. It’s NOT a hotel with one building, it’s an OUTDATED old motel where ALOT of crackheads and drug users dwell. We checked into our “penthouse” which was filthy . F the bathroom walls had faint BLOOD splatter on the wallpaper and hair on the ceiling . The carpet leading to the bathroom was unfinished with raw rusty nails sticking up ( Hope you have your tetanus shots !), there was blood spots on the linen sheets, mysterious staining on the wall and on the ceiling, it appeared to be a bullet hole. The. Carpet was rancid and not something you should walk barefoot on, I wore socks. Landscaping outside is LOUD with leafblowers pointed at your windows , heavy traffic and noisy housekeeping. The walls are THIN with no insulation. I had neighbors smoking on the balcony stairs although , somehow, that was the least of my worries. Now, moving on to the service. I phoned Brittney to ask about the constant noise. The horrendous attitude from this ghetto attendant was unexpected. When gently asked basic questions, she said “ yeah are you feeling okay” in such a sarcastic tone. When asked for the manager, she refused to put him on the phone or inform when he would be back in office. The then proceeded to tell me to “ watch my attitude “( uh, thanks mom ?) to which I abruptly hung up the phone. She then phoned my partner 2 seconds later without any approval from her manager and said we had to leave at 12pm ( it was 1130pm already and we were 1/4th through our stay with a baby) . When my partner spoke to her, she was hostile , aggressive and spoke clearly “ we don’t care about your baby “. We packed our belongings and left since we did not feel safe with such a negative and ghetto presence on site. She also didn’t forget to remind us numerous times that there was “no refund”. We had to open up a detailed case about this specific employee. On our record as Marriott members, we’ve never had a complaint and we have stayed at over 400 locations through out the recent years local and abroad and we have never encountered someone so rude and without basic problem solving skills. Please stop hiring ghetto people! Th nonetheless, the manager Eugene has solved this case for us after being wrongfully booted with a baby( who actually does that?). I haven’t met Eugene but I thank him . Thank you .

Do not stay here. Don’t stay here. The stay started out with an extremely rude front desk worker. Then after we got to the room, the extra bedding, pillows, and towels for a family of seven that we requested when booking the room were not there. One on the kids didn’t have a pillow, all the pillows in the suite were used. The in suite doors did not shut all the way. The pull out mattress had stains. On of the beds had small blood stains on the sheets. When telling the front desk of issues no extra pillows were given. The breakfast was of the most poor quality. Do not stay here.

Not representative of Marriott quality The hotel is in need of upgrading. Beds are not comfortable, rugs are old, and bathrooms need remodels. Ran out of hot water when taking a shower. And as a titanium member I typically get an upgrade. Not here. To get more towels I had to walk to the lobby in the outdoors as the rooms are not connected by a hallway. Parking lot is riddled with potholes. Overall I will never stay here again.
