Good stay Microtel Inn and Suites was my first time staying. I got the King Suite is was nice clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable, shower was great also. Breakfast was just simple, you can make waffles, toast or a bagel. It's cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee also. It's also surrounded by restaurants IHOP, Applebee's, Smokeybones, etc. Thanks Robin (front desk agent) for the tip on the Mexican restaurant it was good. You call and place a order they bring it right to your room. I will return in the future. Keep up the good hospitality!

Overall it was good Overall it was what I expected for what I paid! I appreciate place to stop on my road trip. I hope I'll have a strange odor and there were 2 light bulbs out in my bedroom which made it dim but otherwise okay. I only spent one night there but I probably wouldn't choose to stay more than 1.

Don't stay here. The room we were given was the most diagusting room I have ever seen. Questionable stains on the carpet, hairs everywhere, and just downright dirty. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice of the receptionist to offer, and even though it appeared to be cleaner, we were already grossed out so we checked out early and found a new hotel. Since we bioked online, we lost out on the cost of second night stay. There appeared to he some "business transactions" going on based on some of the clientele in the parking lot.

Clean hotel I stayed here before one night back in August this year. Came back again October. Very helpful staff, my room was clean. Clean and comfortable bed, worked out good for me.Internet worked well. Enjoyed indoor pool. Overall good experience in Springfield.

Excellent stay at Microtel always I always stay at Microtel Inn when come to the Springing for my business trip or with my family. Having good internet service is essential to my work, I especially loved being able to have a spacious, warm and comfortable room to accommodate me. Bed very comfortable and pillows are very fluffiest. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. I love that if you request breakfast as early 6am they will setup for you. The other guest in the hotel were is nice always. If you’re looking hotel that is a home away from home, comfortable and safe look no further and book your reservation today.
