Good place was great location, close to everything we wanted to do while in Springfield. Good clean rooms and friendly staff.

Don’t settle for this one The hotel overall was filthy. Hallways smelled awful all three days we were here and they're also very hot. The breakfasts were TERRIBLE. Seriously some of the worst food we've ever had. The eggs were made from an over salted powder, sausage was frozen and microwaved for warmth, waffle maker hasn't been seasoned and maintained so even with nonstick spray, it always stuck. Shower has a constant drip and bathroom fan didn't work. Whirlpool didn't have bubbles and pool area was void any available towels and not clean. Towels and bedding did not smell fresh, had more of a musty smell. Cleaning and kitchen employees were all in leggings and street clothing, a standard of professionalism would benefit the hotel greatly. Outside trash cans were always overflowing and there was a used condom on the ground. Sorry to say but we will never be staying at a Baymont by Wyndham ever again. For our last three nights of vacation and we felt like our money was completely wasted.

Springfield MO Average at Best Hotel The hotel's location is difficult because it is so close to several major interchanges and it is very hard to go in and out because there are medians requiring u-turns in very busy traffic. The rooms are small but comfortable BUT the bathroom is tiny. They do provide hand soap at the bathroom sink and body wash and shampoo (no conditioner that is necessary because of the brand provided) in the shower. There are several good restaurants nearby.

Great stay The stay exceeded our expectations. Luggage carts. Two luggage racks in room. Great breakfast bar with an excellent attendance. Very friendly front desk staff.

Overall bad experience The room in and of itself was a good size but run down greatly. There were many things that had been repaired in the room very poorly. One room didn’t have a working TV and the replacement room give had a TV that was tiny. The staff was nice and I appreciate that, but the hotel itself was not good at any price.
