Stay elsewhere The lights in our room did not have lightbulbs. When I asked the front desk about getting lightbulbs, he told me that maintenance had already gone home. I told him that if he got lightbulbs, I would be more than happy to put them in the lamps myself. The breakfast on Sunday had potatoes and sausage no eggs no oatmeal, their fruit bowl consisted of one apple. The room was not very clean. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again.

Pretty quiet for a highway hotel Check-in: I checked in that morning using the app and selected my room. Had car trouble on the way and I didn't get there until around 9pm. Lucky to find somebody working the front desk, because it became apparent that the station is not always staffed. He told me that the room I had selected was no longer available, and he could offer me a different (more expensive) room because they had sold everything else out. Not sure why checking in with the app and selecting a room is even offered if they won't hold the room for you. Room: pretty good, clean. HVAC worked well. The smoke detector was making crackling noises by the third night. I doubted that anything could be done about it after hours. Security: Traveling alone, I felt a bit vulnerable when I left the hotel in the dark at 5:45 am. Nobody at front desk, front doors open to whomever strolls by. There was a person wandering around the parking lot the day prior, staring at me, changing course towards me when I got out of my car, nobody else around. I wish I felt more secure. Traveling alone sucks. Sleep: I do not sleep well away from home, ever. But I will say that other than the lack of courtesy from the other guests making noise (as expected) , the place was very quiet. Zero road noise, which is rare for places like these that are always attached to a highway. Breakfast: egg discs, tough Canadian bacon, waffle station, oatmeal, very green inedible bananas, little cereal boxes, little containers of "lite" yogurt with artificial sweetener. Coffee tasted like soap one day. Area: Pretty quiet, close to Cascade auto dealerships, which was great help to me and my car for an emergency repair. Close to Cuyahoga Valley NP. Texas Roadhouse next door with a 10% discount for guests. Many people in the area post political yard signs which always looks classy, but I guess you can't get away from that, ever. :/

Do NOT stay here!!! Horrific Stay!! We actually had to check out at 2am because the fire alarm went off 9 times after 11pm. The guy at the front desk was unapologetic to everyone who had concerns as to why this was happening. Upon packing up we discovered fecal matter on the comforter. Place was filthy and in poor condition. The hallway floor on the 3rd floor had soft spots that felt like you were walking on a trampoline.

Room was unclean This place was not clean. There was debris on the floor, I found a penny. All surfaces felt nasty and crusty. I got a cloth and towel and wiped down all surfaces. You could feel the crusty spots but couldn’t see them because all the surfaces are brown. I had to put a towel over the chair to cover stains before I would sit in it. The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly. Three days earlier I stayed at Hampton-Pittsburg Airport and it was the same, nasty. I’m disappointed in Hampton. Will try a place that’s cleaner. Definitely not Covid protocol anymore.

Fantastic Hotel! Very Clean and Amazing Staff The Hampton in Stow was very nice and very clean. They also were super accommodating for disabled travelers. They helped me in and out of the room and even parked my vehicle for me. I highly recommend this property over any others in the area. They are genuinely concerned about their guest and their comfort and safety.
