Excellent Tuvimos una excelente estancia, en la habitación encontramos camas cómodas, café gratis y estaban limpias y ordenadas. Chris de recepción fue muy amable con nosotros, una mención especial a ella por toda su ayuda. Volveremos pronto y recomendamos el hotel. We had an excellent stay, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were Clean and had free coffee. Chris who Works in the reception helped us a lot, we really appreciated her patience and willingness to listen. She provided the excellent customer service. We will be coming back soon and we fully reccomend staying there.

Do Not Stay Here The hotel was barely passable. We had to beg the staff to drop clean towels and coffee pods for the Keurig machine every morning. Despite requesting multiple times, they only cleaned our bathroom on the first night of our 4 day stay. The facilities are basic: there’s a restaurant and bar, pool, jacuzzi and workable fitness room. We were mostly shopping in Sawgrass Mills Mall for most of the day, so we barely spent time in the hotel. That was probably for the best. The staff, except for Khari, seemed like they didn’t want to do their jobs. They weren’t that pleasant or helpful at all. The standard at Hilton DoubleTree has fallen. Would not recommended this hotel to anyone for any reason.

Happened to be in the area for a Meeting Booked this room bc my husband had a meeting close by. The beds were amazing. Got a king and the room was huge. The hotel was very quiet and the jet powered shower head was wonderful. It had a larger than normal fridge in the room which was very much needed. Customer service was wonderful and the warm cookies in the evening was a definite plus. It is walking distance from the Sawgrass Mills mall which was wonderful for me. If I HAD to find a negative the pay for breakfast was not ideal for me. I like to have a little something in the morning and didn't want to pay the prices of a regular restaurant. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Great stay Noelle is the best! What a great experience. We chose this hotel because we were there for a hockey game and we were able to walk from here. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very good and accommodated a gluten free diet. All the staff were friendly, but Noelle (night shift on the desk) is the best! She went above and beyond and helped us with a smile on her face! I would go so far as to say that we would base staying here again just on talking to her again.

Amazing comfortable stay. My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean with a super comfortable bed. Hotel was located within walking distance to Sawgrass Mall. Special mention and thanks to Diane Barquero for making our stay an amazing one. She was very helpful and super friendly. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
