Disappointed 2 days in a row, no maid service even after it was requested after the first day. Towels for pool are smaller than the towels for the bathroom. Ran out of Kleenex and we were told there was none available. Hot tub was not hot, couldn’t find the workout room, it was not marked

Practical and convenient accommodation that gets you to spend more time in the sky! Practical and well appointed.spacious car park. Suffices for a very comfortable stay with spacious room, clean bed linen. Functional breakfast , freshly prepared food… very courteous staff. Convenient location , provides / organized tours in request.

We'll Never Go Back My wife and I came to Temecula for a weekend getaway and were very disappointed with this hotel. It's obvious that they don't maintain the property. The TV in our room had a large green line in the middle that went from the bottom to the top of the TV. Maintenance came but they didn't have any back up TV's. When I talked to the staff, I was told that they hadn't even had a maintenance person for something like 9 months until just a few days before we arrived, and that they didn't have any of the supplies needed for basic repairs. I asked the staff if they'd replace the TV now that they know it's going bad, and they said probably not, they don't fix things here. The couch in our room was so disgusting we didn't sit in it. The cushions were pretty flat, and it had tears and stains. We went down to the pool but the bottom of the pool and jacuzzi looked dirty and so we didn't go in. I will say that the bed was comfortable and they had a good breakfast, but I do not recommend this hotel since they aren't keeping up with the hotels maintenance needs.

NEEDS SECURITY!!! I'm very disappointed. The front desk didn't give me the service I wanted, and there were times they totally ignored me. I was getting harassed by others in the hotel, and I was making a legitimate complaint. I also called the Sheriff's department for help, but to no avail. This place needs more security and more professional and mature people behind the front desk. The room was okay, tho.

Needs updating This Hotel is in a good location. Rooms need updating, dark an worn out, couch was sagging. Tried to use laundry, all machines were broken, both washing an dryers. Staff friendly enough,,did know the laundry was not available. I hope they update the rooms an lighten it up a little.
