Vacation I stayed at Sonesta Tempe for one week! Nakeyla Thomas , Guest Service Agent provided excellent customer service! She made sure I had everything I needed for the week to make my stay comfortable. I was greeted with a warm smile, and she provided me with details about all the upcoming events and near bye restaurants. I had a great room with a good scenic poolside view. She was very professional! I felt at home! Sonesta is my new hotel choice for future travel!

Fantastic Customer Service ! The best customer service ever. Jasmine and Nakayla gave me excellent customer service and were so kind and helpful. I had needed some supplies and they ladies were so helpful to bring me some. It made my stay very comfortable, since I didn't have to leave in the heat to get those supplies.

Wonderful Staff, Great Location, & Cafe We chose Sonesta for its location for the week that our son was graduating from ASU. The Sonesta was set perfectly in downtown Tempe and we were able to walk to almost everywhere. The room was clean, with the exception of a soiled comforter which was replaced immediately after calling room service. The cafe had good food and was not overpriced. Lastly, Christina at the front desk made our stay more enjoyable! She was always smiling, saying hello, taking good care us and incredibly helpful. Kudos to Christina.

Good Hotel, would stay again. Nice hotel, great location in the heart of Tempe social district. Team at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, not massive, but comfortable. Clean and safe. They have a pool and some ground outside in the shade where you can enjoy a coffee.

Awesome Service! We loved our stay at Sonesta. We were on the bottom floor which had quick access to the gorgeous grounds and outdoor pool. There was an issue with our room and Nakeyla was quick to get us assigned to a new room and gave us breakfast vouchers. But, the best part of our trip was saying hello and goodbye to Nakeyla every time we came and went. She was so friendly and made us feel like we were best friends! Thank you Nakeyla!
