Perfect spot in Thomasville Great place to stay in the area! This is an older property, but the ownership and staff are top notch. All staff were very pleasant and super helpful. They keep everything very neat and clean, and everyone pitches in to make sure your experience is great. The rooms are a good size, with plenty of space for luggage and any extra bags. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. The fridge is great - it's large for a compact fridge and has a small freezer - perfect for ice packs. The rooms have been renovated and furniture upgrades are coming in Summer 2023. Big shout out for the breakfast also. Sheila is in charge of the breakfast (besides many other things) and does a great job every morning. Always scrambled eggs and sausage, cereals, waffle machine, pastries, etc. Whether you're passing through, visiting family in the area or need a place with easy access to High Point, Lexington, Greensboro or Winston-Salem, this is a great choice. Easy access to I-85. It's away from the busier Thomasville exit, so it's nice and quiet, but you're still only 5-10 minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Great Hotel 100% Recommend! The service was great and the rooms were very clean! Front desk was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and warm. My family and I are normally picky when it comes to hotels but I was surprised at how neat the rooms were. There's a gym and a pool my kids enjoyed using as well. Great experience and I highly recommend staying at Comfort Inn Thomasville.

I stayed here about 3 years ago and here is my update. The TV channels have increased a lot since my last stay. They even had Bally Sportsouth, so I could watch the Braves. The mini fridge was cool, not cold, even on the highest setting, but safe for food items. Microwave worked fine. I had a king room at the end of the 3rd floor on the front of the hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and everything in the bathroom worked well. The WI-FI was strong. The breakfast had a good selection of eggs, cereals, biscuits, meat, fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, juice and coffee. Elevator was quick. Only one ice machine on the property located on the second floor, so I was told at the front desk. My room floor was clean and not sticky like a lot of places. Easy on and off of I-85. The main complaint involved the connecting room door. I could hear everything people in the next room said while talking and they weren't really talking that loud. I could hear their TV also. Not much of a problem until bed time. Sealing those connecting room doors, from noise passing through, would go a long way to help a stay.

Overpriced Using our AAA discount we got two queen beds for $94. The sink is actually in the hotel room affording little privacy. Place was clean, breakfast was generic economy hotel and the staff was courteous. I got these same accommodations for $20-25 less in this area previously. This is strictly an over nighter and you will hear anyone who is in the hallway talking from your room. I mean u will hear everything.

Not Covid Safe It was definitely not worth the $90 we paid, after the senior discount. It was worth more like $50/night. It was old and outdated. The rooms were poorly laid out. The bathroom light, fan, and sink were OUTSIDE of the bathroom. The TV was not in front of the bed, but faced an empty wall. The breakfast food was great but NO precautions for Covid at all. No one wore a mask but us. Even the staff tending the food had no mask on. The food was just out there for everyone to breath on. Not SAFE!
