Excellent Trip, would return Facilities were well maintained and comfortable, beach wasn’t not too crowded, and the beach photography service was amazing. Would love to return to this location next year, the south beach condos made this trip well worth it and enjoyable.

Stop looking and book here It is my understanding there are a few rental agencies that you may book through when staying at South Beach condo/hotel. We happened to use iTrip through VRBO. Check in was easy. We were texted a code to a locked box for keys, parking permit on the kitchen counter on arrival and all property instructions were laid out. The view of the Gulf is amazing. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Quick drive to Publix. Room (606) was exactly as pictured and tastefully decorated. Rainy day or too much beach, there are board games in the room, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, corn hole, a pool, hammocks, grills and a beautiful concrete "boardwalk" just steps away with a bike rental around the corner. Most importantly the room was clean. Kitchen was equipped for quick meals. Mattress and sofa bed perhaps could use a refresh, but were adequate. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Photoshoot on the Beach The photographer was very good and layed back with my family. Well worth our time. I picked poses ahead of time and she followed through with all of them. My kids easily understood what they were supposed to do as well. I have memories now to last a lifetime. Loved every minute of this time.

Family Sunset Photo! Photographer was fabulous! Highly recommend him. He’s professional and funny. Great with kids! It was a perfect evening on the beach. Thanks so much for a timely call back so we could make this family memory happen in the short amount of time that we were here!

Great and relaxing stay My wife and our really enjoyed our stay at South Beach Condo. The property is clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The on site amenities were great. We enjoyed corn hole, shuffleboard, and the hammocks. Our unit was very clean and had plenty of room for a couple. It was nice having a king size bed but the mattress could be better. The kitchen was nice but could have been stocked a little better (mixing bowls, plastic containers, salt and pepper). All-in-all it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again.
