Vacay Great Customer Service and Breakfast! Hotel has been recently updated. In door heated pool and hot waffles a plus! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to the airport and Premium Outlet mall. Only took 15 minutes to get to the Beach! Housekeepers were very attentive and friendly. Free on site parking

Jessica at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. Definitely we book this hotel again We were greeted at the front desk by Jessica who was so kind and sweet. Definitely an asset to Comfort Inns. Room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Beautiful and friendly hotel to stay. In my my opinion, 5 Star.

One night stay Was greeted promptly when we arrived and check in went smoothly; we had a reservation. Was informed of complimentary breakfast time and directed to our room. Passed indoor pool that had a sign taped to door stating it was closed for repairs. Elevator was clean but showed signs of wear. Room was spacious and bathroom large: we had not requested it, but had a wheelchair accessible room. Door was hard to close and had to play with handle to properly secure. Fan on heating unit was louder than expected but didn't keep us awake. Shower/tub floor was quite slippery and shower curtain needed some extra width to properly close. Hot water was quick and shower head very nice. Breakfast was poor. Minimal selection and what was presented was quite bland. Coffee was good. Check out was first time ever staff went to check condition of room before releasing deposit hold; we passed. Overall average experience.

Not Good at 2 night stay. Ck in @ front desk they didn't tell us we had to request rm services. We enter in rm musky smell. Mold around the bathtub ceiling had stain &big stain on the carpet. Hot water Luke cool.

Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms I chose this hotel because of its proximity to family we were visiting. It is clean and comfortable, except for the heating/AC. The outside temperatures were in the mid-50s. The unit could not be set for heating or cooling but only to the desired temperature. When it was on, the air blowing was freezing. When it was off, the room got uncomfortably warm. Still, the room was very quiet and otherwise comfortable and well furnished. We were especially impressed by the staff. The housekeeper spoke to us in a very friendly tone each time we encountered her in the hall. The receptionist spoke to us each time we passed the desk. The woman coordinating the breakfast spoke to all as she arrived and the one time we passed her in the hall, she greeted us in a very friendly manner. She was attentive about replenishing the food and kept the serving area very clean. The food was typical "free hot breakfast" but always fresh and quickly replenished. The make-your-own waffles were better than most such waffles at other hotels.
