Bad apples make a bad experince All things considered, I would have given the review a 5 star but for the night front desk on 7/17( and 7/14 or (7/15 early morning). Both of those occasions, the individuals behaved as if they were forced to be there and more so "why bother me attitude" Otherwise its clean with a breakfast that has plenty of variety ( including vegan)

Great Manager; Fun Pool We visited grandparents while they were staying in this hotel. The room was nice and big. The hotel manager was super accommodating to our grandparents and helped us get the things that we needed to have a very enjoyable time together as a family. We had a lot of fun in the pool. Definitely not the average hotel pool! The kids loved it! We would consider staying here even though we live within an easy driving distance just because we had such a great experience.

Not as good as other Staybridge We were disappointed with this Staybridge. We stayed at Staybridge in Rapid City and it was the most amazing stay. The happy hour socials were amazing in Rapid City. This one was very disappointing. Room amentities were nice. Dove products are nice. But food was gross. Breakfast and happy hour weren't good. Food was cold and under cooked. Wouldn't even eat out of fear of getting sick.

Disappointed! This Staybridge location is lower quality. We stayed at a Staybridge Hotel last summer in Rapid City, SD. It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We chose to stay at a Utah Staybridge because we had a good history with this chain. We are club members for this chain! What a big disappointment! This Staybridge was lesser quality than the one in SD. I included photos. Not good: -The location is awful. Sketchy part of town. One part of the hotel is the Staybridge the other half is a Holiday Inn. The back of the hotels backs up to a very large empty lot of dried tall grass and abandoned vehicles. -Our room was in need of maintenance (microwave bulb out, curtains would not close easily, pull out bed sofa had rips and holes in it). -Holes in the wall above the bathroom light. -Clothes, socks left under the bed from the last resident (guess house keeping doesn’t vacuum under the bed). -Front desk people were no help on Saturday and Sunday! -Very thin walls. You will be able to hear your neighbors tv all the time. -No paper, pen, hotel information handout placed on the room. -Dents in the refrigerator door. -Housekeeping only does a “light touch” cleaning (meaning they won’t come in to empty the trash, gather wet towels and give you fresh new towels) unless you complain. If you don’t want housekeeping to come in you’re supposed to put a magnet on your door. We never put the magnet on our door and they still skipped our room. Pretty good: -Breakfast was pretty good on Friday. Better on Saturday and Sunday. A wide variety of breakfast items. -Soft sheets and thick, soft towels -4 variety of large pillows -Laundry basket available in the closet. -Rooms have a full kitchen -Dog friendly hotel We are coming back through this area in a month. We will not be staying here again. This Utah Staybridge needs to contact the Staybridge in Rapid City, SD to learn how to manage a hotel!!! We were very disappointed. When we checked out on Sunday the front desk people didn’t even ask us how was our stay. Why? Because they don’t care about your stay.

Indoor Pool Burns Your Lungs It's a chlorine gas chamber. The instant you open the door to the pool and water slide your eyes and lungs will burn. We tried it for 2 days thinking that maybe they had just added chemicals, but no... it just needs some ventilation. Our whole family turned red coughing, and we had to quickly leave. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.
