Lay your head here!! Needed a place to stay last minute, and they did not disappoint. Absolutely loved the bed, soft pillows, and the shower! This would be the first trip my husband and I have taken that we didn't turn on the tv. Amazing staff, very friendly and very helpful!! 10/10 recommend

Pleasantly surprised. Pleasantly surprised. Not really sure what you'll get with a Best Western, but, this one was nice, and the breakfast area was clean and food was good too. The room was clean, and all of the items worked. The room had a jacuzzi, but, I did not use it. Overall, a nice room, at a great price ! I got in late, and left early, so, I really didn't get to see a lot of the hotel, but, it is easy on / off the interstate there.

Beds suck. This hotel has really thing mattress that has no cushioning and you are literally sleeping on springs. I was lied to and told that the same mattress are in all the rooms. Guests at breakfast stated they have really thick soft mattresses. I complained again to front desk and finally to the owner who eventually took me to a suite with a super thick kind of soft mattress. It was like they didn't want me to have the room. I was denied my free upgrade because 'no' suites available but was told by the next shift staff and the early morning staff that suites were available for me to have. One of the staff members even said that they need new mattresses but for some reason (budget) they won't buy any. The guy at the front desk bragged about sleeping on a $4000 mattress at home. I said nice to know that and to know what you want your guests to sleep on.

Good stay We stayed at this hotel from June 4 to 7 in room 217. We were kindly received by Shelbey and, as a platimum member, we were offered two bottles of water. Although breakfast has several hot items, the rest of the buffet is rather limited. The Wifi is good.

Our go-to location in Wichita! We stopped in Wichita on our way home from Denver to Arkansas and decided to stay here after looking at some of reviews of all the locations in Wichita....so glad that we did. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
