DO NOT STAY HERE I never write reviews but I had to for this trip. I was in Kansas for a basketball tournament. My stay was from Thursday- Sunday. Thursday the check in was horrible there was only one person at the desk and it took hours. The lobby was going through renovations. Elevator broke, service elevator was raggedy, flies for days in lobby, complimentary cucumber water left in lobby same spot same level for 2 days. Lobby dirty same cup left on table and Gatorade bottle on floor. Breakfast was disappointing. Power went out in room. Air conditioner was super loud. MOLD in shower. Pool nasty, hot tub no water and filthy. Homeless and crackheads all over property. There were other people on our team who left the hotel because the room was not cleaned shower was dirty. Another lady in elevator was leaving said her room had bed bugs. The building is overall old and run down. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Death trap Dilapidated building not very safe. No fire sprinklers or lit exit signs. No maps on how to exit building in case of a fire.

Dirty and drug addicts The curtains were disgustingly stained the toilet seat was broken off the TV did not work the sound would come in and out on every single Channel the air conditioner was loud there were drug addicts in the lobby as well as outside the main door the continental breakfast was utterly disgusting with flies where all the food was I will never go there again I checked out early and still lost a night's worth of hotel costs

Management needs to get it together. Hotel is nice but horribly run. Check in-waited over an hour to check in. The receptionist was on the phone for 20 min with each check in. It was like she had no idea what she was doing. I felt bad for her because everyone was getting so angry at her. I am still unsure what was the hold up that was making the checkin process so long and difficult.

My wife and I are staying here because my wife is attending school as Kansas com. So we while our apartments are being The front desk was particularly helpful! I was greeted with professionalism and a warm smile and it immediately made the entire process of checking in a very pleasant one.
