WORST WIFI EVER.. Well I have definitely added this resort to my never stay here again list unless im in a pinch. but, i don't normally write bad reviews as it means that the places that I like to stay now you will most likely want to stay there too after you find out how bad this resort is. Too many locals who ae obviously not timeshare owners, ... and gym OOC, 1 treadmill in this tiny gym for an entire resort? ive seen hotels with larger but the tiny gym in the lobby is there gym for the resort ? The WIFI is the worst ive seen, they use this "RESORT NET2" systme that I have seen at other Wyndam resorts, but this one cuts off constantly. You only get 5 devices per unit and then u will need to upgrade. But the real problem is that this system cuts off every few hours. if you are using the wifi consitently for computer or streaming, you can expect to need to log in 3x a day for each device and thats putting it mildly. And if you take their timeshare presentation, you can get ready for 2 hours of high pressure sales where they are not taking NO for and answer.... Ridiculous. Ignore the gifts they are offering.. their business model is for someone to give them $30,000 making their 2 hours and your free gifts worth their time and money.. I will never do that again.

Always a pleasurable stay!!! Our accommodations were at the Presidential Villas, Surfside Beach, SC. This was at least our third, if not fourth stay at this location, in the last five years. Always a pleasure! Clean rooms and accommodations! This time; however, we had problems with a new TV remote. The remote was unlike previous remotes and very confusing to use. After calling the front desk, a gentleman named Keith, from the maintenance group, came to our room, exchanged remotes for a much simpler, easier to understand remote and explained how to use it, in detail. What a blessing! Kudos to Keith!!! Schedule your next stay here, you will not be disappointed! Tom and Helen, NC vacationers...

Do not buy a timeshare! Check out is too early! Very nice; clean, quiet and comfortable. I do find their 10:00 check out time very inconvenient! No matter how good they make it sound, DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE anywhere! There are too many hidden fees and undisclosed policies and practices. As a long time timeshare owner, I strongly urge you not to “ fall for” the sales pitch!

Clean, but average facilities Other reviews mentioned how thin the walls are. When we first arrived, no one else was in our building. Later, others moved in. It sounded like they were in our unit, especially the two young children in the adjoining suite!! Upstairs, the bed was obviously over our head. We could tell when the residents got up. We were concerned that our voices were just as noisy next door. We also had an ant invasion from day one. When I asked the front office about it, they offered to have a company come out and spray. I certainly did not want to stay in a room heavy with bug spray, so we chose to just kill them and dispose of the bodies! There are no bath towel racks or hooks in the bathroom with the tub. Also, no trash can. The bed was very comfortable, but the fitted sheets were scratchy at the corners. It was a large unit. It could have included furniture more appropriate and comfortable in the living room. We brought the small table from the porch in to use by the sofa. Also, if you need an accessible room, I am not certain there is one. We were on the first floor, but still had to carry our luggage up stairs to enter the building. Our unit was booked through a travel service, so it was very inexpensive. Unfortunately, we were not told we had to attend a ‘90 minute’ vacation plan sales pitch. It actually lasted over 2 hours. We were told it would cost us $60 to skip it! The property is very convenient to the activities in Williamsburg. The location is very quiet (outside) and easy to access. It was winter, so we did not use any of the outside activities such as the swimming pool.

Family business trip This was a short visit into town since my partner and I had to go through my mother’s belongings who recently passed away this month. My family has been apart of the company since Fairfield days in 2001 so I know how this whole song and dance works. We checked in very late into the night/ morning and the resort knew. When we arrived we waited for security once inside we only received one wrist band and we needed two. I asked for a second I was told that we would have to return back in the morning and get the second one and the one I was being given was going to deactivate at noon. Like really? We arrived thanksgiving night after I worked all evening from Jersey, we were here for a few days to go through my mother’s belongings we had a mission to accomplish. I find it absolutely disgusting and disturbing that we really had to go back the next afternoon to be sent to the sales desk to be lied to and told that we had to “merge” our account for T&L which we know is a absolute bold face lie and is very predatory of the whole situation. No one especially not an owner should have to deal with such practices. Our unit was renovated beautifully but the light above the kitchen was filled with bugs and dust, the vent above kitchen was coated in dust, the dinning chandelier had a bulb that was just laying I the vase and the tall stand up floor lamp shade had a stain on it already
