NO!!! DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE!! TRUST me, this place is too far gone to renivate. It should have been torn down tears ago. We're traveling from Pittsburgh to Myrtle and as I'm getting older I don't like to drive the whole way in one day I booked this place on line because I never had a bad experience with Quality Inn The exterior is extremely dirty. The room was dated 50 years ago The pillows are like baby size and the door is so bent the safety latch doesn't work The only saving grace is that I didn't find any bugs

Management that terrorized a half naked woman. My daughter is there right now with her boyfriend who had to go for nursing school. The manager, Tom, barged in the room with her half naked screaming at her because they were late checking out. Her boyfriend was currently in the lobby to pay for another night. I guess he doesn't have an issue with cussing and terrorizing half naked women. She has ptsd and called me in the grips of an extreme panic attack. The low rating for security is well deserved if that is how the staff respects guest privacy and decency. One knock and instantly storming in without even a pause. Seeing a young woman barely covered and proceeding to continue without giving her a chance to cover herself.

Great staff, eating area and CATS! Often these reviews don't offer enough info for my satisfaction, so review readers, get ready for some details. If you're just needing a place to lay your head for a while, it certainly does the job. Sure, the doors may be a bit janky, perhaps a piece of furniture has seen better days, but the locks all work as intended, the sheets are exceptionally soft and the pillows have the right amount of fluffyness. Plus the coffee ain't too shabby either. Admittedly, on first impressions, I was paranoid. We had arrived in the late night hours when imagination and shadow conspire together in your mind. We called the front desk and the woman on the other end was so kind and informative. She answered all my anxious questions with grace. They have security cameras covering practically every inch of their property, and I couldn't help but melt over the adorable family of cats who've lived on the property their whole lives. If you aren't a cat person, rest assured they avoid us guests, but being able to watch Stasya or Charlie (yes the cats have names!) lounging or taking a stroll from across the courtyard was heartwarming. I recommend asking Thomas at the front desk if you want to know more about them, he is a gem. While this place isn't the Four Seasons, its got character, and it absolutely has its charms if you're only curious enough to look. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Bug bite led to dr appt Insect bite leading to doctors visit. The date was wrong because it would not let me go back til July 4-5, 2022. All was well as we entered room at approximately 5-6 on the night of the 5th. At approximately 5 am I woke with an inch diameter welt on my arm. As the day progressed I started documenting the increase until I went to the dr a few days later. Dr gave me oral antibiotics with mention of IVantibiotic if no improvement in 48 hours. Management promised free night which was denied when needed. Beware staying at this location.
