This Voucher is valid as of the date of activation and delivery to you. This Voucher is redeemable at the $20.00 amount paid value only against the purchase price of merchandise plus applicable shipping or service fees and taxes, available at the time of redemption at the following website: www.ftd.com. If this Voucher is redeemed by September 10, 2012, you also will receive as a bonus discount, a promotional value of an additional $20.00 off, for a total credit of $40.00 towards your order. Except as otherwise required by law, the bonus discount will expire if the Voucher is not redeemed by September 10, 2012, and the bonus discount is subject to a minimum total order amount of $40.00. You will not receive a credit for any unused portion of the bonus discount if the total order amount is less than $40.00 or if the Voucher is not redeemed by September 10, 2012. The Voucher's $20.00 amount paid value is not subject to an expiration date, and if the Voucher is used on a purchase with a total order amount of less than $20.00, you can request a gift code for the unused balance of the Voucher's amount paid value by calling FTD.COM at 1-855-645-6214. Redemption of this Voucher is always subject to the availability of the merchandise shown on the foregoing website for delivery on the date requested. Each Voucher will include a unique code which is to be inserted during the checkout process when prompted to insert any gift or discount codes. Except where otherwise required by law, this Voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for any type of cash refund, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and is not redeemable at retail stores or any other websites. Any resale or exchange for cash or other use of this Voucher for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. FTD.COM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time based on applicable law. In the event a Voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy, and FTD.COM's sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Voucher.
