- Tickets must be picked up at our Tour headquarters located at 123 East Broughton Street. Headquarters opens March 26 at 9 a.m. and is open until 3 p.m. each day through March 29, 2020. Please call 912-234-8054 to make reservations. Tickets and guidebook must be picked up at the Marshall House at 123 East Broughton Street. No photography is permitted inside the homes, gardens or museums on the Tour. You may visit the sites in any order from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.. No sharp or high heels can be worn inside the homes. Most homes are not handicapped-accessible. Strollers are not permitted inside the homes and gardens. No dogs or pets.

Since its inception in 1935, the weekend-long event has offered walking tours of private homes and gardens that would otherwise be off-limits to the public. In addition to tours, the weekend is filled with luncheons, trolley rides, and plenty of Southern hospitality.
