The coming of winter doesn't mean an end to Beach Waterpark's family-friendly fun. In late November, the formerly waterslide-filled compound becomes Beach Mountain, celebrating the snowy season with a network of downhill-tubing slopes. After a magic-carpet lift effortlessly ferries groups and families to the top of the nearby hill, thrill-seeking guests can enjoy a safe and speedy ride down one of the 400-foot runs. The course includes multiple routes, each of which combines the adrenaline rush of skiing or snowboarding with the ease of sitting in an inner tube. Throughout the season, Beach Mountain uses special snowmaking equipment, allowing them to make snow every day regardless of the weather.
