Originally opened as Wok N' Fire in 2002, Bokchoy Asian Kitchen gave itself a facelift and a new name in 2017 to deliver an even more authentic Pan Asian dining experience. It all starts at the sushi bar, where talented chefs craft traditional and specialty maki rolls using Japanese rice grown on the West Coast and fresh fish delivered daily. Staying true to its roots, the culinary team still specializes in wok-tossed dishes such as the kung pao chicken, as well as noodle dishes such as the Thai curry noodles.
