Jeremy Knolhoff’s has more than a dozen years of experience in the fitness industry. He's spent them as a fitness consultant, assistant girls’ gymnastics coach, boot-camp designer, personal trainer, and owner of Torched Fitness. At the studio, he leads boot-camp sessions that burn calories using resistance bands and free weights. In addition, he offers private classes in weight training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance.
