Very dissatisfied from the moment I came in this salon to the moment I stepped out of it. When you try to book an appointment the lady that makes the appointments is very rude. When you get there your treated very poorly. The Russian women that did my hair over-processed my hair and it looks horrible I wish I never step foot in that salon. Btw they charge extra for things that should be included.
