Sweat off your spare tire using the fitness center's free weights, plate-loaded Hammer Strength equipment, treadmills,stationary bikes, and step machines. PT Gym membership includes fitness evaluations to determine your body’s current status regarding ketchup or mustard, flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, and body composition. Meet with a registered dietitian to learn about nutritional nuances and positive lifestyle choices, such as substituting non-fat milk for anti-freeze in your morning cup of coffee.

Offered six days a week, the Extreme Group Personal Training (PTGX) Bootcamp is an intense, heart rate elevating exercise program designed to trim and tone the whole body, exiling love handles to a climate that supports complete evaporation. After any workout, enjoy PT Gym’s private showers, squeaky-clean locker rooms, and a pro shop teeming with refreshments to replenish misplaced confidence and electrolytes.
