OMG, I experienced the same thing as Jamie. Wrong address on Groupon (4000 Menual) and I got lectured that I should look at her website so I got canceled twice, so now I paid her regular price with my Credit Card. When I tried to get a Refund, Groupon said I already redeemed my voucher which I still have my Voucher? (Looks like a pattern going on?) Her service was not professional and my Perm Lashes only lasted a week or so. Go to Modern Beauty LLC she is back at work and she is the best!!

Don’t waste your time or money! I experienced the exact same thing Jamie did! Frenchie is by far the WORST Groupon experience I’ve ever had. The whole business is shady. She rescheduled my appointment on Booksy & when I tried calling & texting someone to confirm the new date received no response until I mentioned the other review. She then proceeded to talk crap about the other customer & Groupon. She then cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before my appointment. I was in the area so I decided to stop by and reschedule the appointment in person. She was so rude!! I was done. If this is how a small business woman handles her business I don’t want anything to do with her. In one text she’s telling me how awful Groupon is & she works for free & when I told her I was done & going to the BB she can afford to refund me. HORRIBLE experience!! BAD business!!

hm, unfortunately we were dealing with a utility emergency, as the New Mexico Gas Company had asked us to evacuate 🤔 when we politely asked you to reschedule online, and/or await for a callback, as we were in the middle of evacuating, we recall you screaming profanities, and telling the owner that she, “sucked” and was a “b****” unfortunately, we do have a right to refuse service to any individual, nonetheless, one that makes us feel unsafe. therefore, termination of this business transaction, was in order. we are so sorry this couldn’t work out, we had looked forward to meeting you, and wish you the very best.

This is fraud. I had a Groupon, got a text to reschedule but my reason for this was graduation. They stated they were doing construction. I then rescheduled for a later date. I got several wrong dates confirming on Booksy. I then tried to go to my appointment, there was one address on the Groupon, two different ones on google so I went to all 3 business addresses to find no salon. Additionally, I tried calling the number I got texts from and there was no answer and I called all business numbers and no one answered, called back not did they list an address on out going messages. I complained about this and non my voucher on Groupon it stated that I redeemed it on the initial scheduled appointment that they changed. Then Groupon did a customer service investigation and the business lied and said I redeemed the Groupon on the second date scheduled when there was no business to be found. I have pictures, call records and texts to prove this. I’m taking this to NM LLC, BBB and to Groupon. They stole my money and are doing unethical practices.
