Doug was very professional and excellent. I purchased additional massages from him but he did not show up for my last appointment on January 5. I was unsuccessful in contacting him though phone and email. THIS BUSINESS IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I have tried to inform Groupon of this fact via chat messages, but evidently I was dealing with a robot, as the site continues to sell his services.

He showed up for that appointment, but never showed up for my last one which was December 8th at 12:30.
I have called him multiple times and even emailed him. I have heard nothing back.
Please remove him from your website. Something is not right with this business.
