I wish I had known it is out of her home and not a salon. She called the morning of my appointment and said the heat was out at her salon so please come to her home, which was quite a bit farther drive. During our conversation while there she said she doesn't have a salon, so I am not sure why the initial deception. The home has animals and needs a good cleaning. She did mention she had cleaners coming later that day so maybe it was a one off experience for us. I feel bad saying this because she is very sweet, but I think people should know what they are purchasing. It's not a salon experience, it is in her basement and hair rinsing, etc is in her bathroom. That being said, she's very nice, offered us beverages multiple times, and good pricing.
