Cadence Yoga Center, formerly known as Nirvana Yoga's Sunderland location, is a small, humble, and welcoming studio. We believe that our true yoga begins when we step off our mats and move through the world. Our mission is to eliminate the misconceptions about what yoga is and demonstrate that a yoga practice is much more than postures. Together we’ll experience the natural cadence of breath, movement, and unity. We’ll develop and refine our yoga practices and begin to unveil our life’s purpose (our dharma). We are deeply connected to Veteran's and Veteran families. Veterans always practice for free at Cadence Yoga.
