The driving force behind Shannon Nettles therapeutic massage studio, Sha Zen Massage, is simple: a desire to improve the quality of life of everyone who walks through the door. She does this by inviting clients afflicted with physical ailments and/or stress to plop down on her table for an hour or more of soothing bodywork. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2006, Shannon has mastered multiple modalities, including Swedish, deep-tissue, clinical, and prenatal. This versatility allows her to choose the appropriate massage based on her clients' complaints. This way, she can create a customized treatment that helps both the body and the mind achieve a more relaxed, peaceful state.
